Blood quality can be compared with a patient’s medical record. The condition of the blood mirrors the health of individual organ functions, including dietary iron requirements. Thus, it comes as no surprise that blood tests are one of the most common global medical procedures.

Currently, Researchers from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, USA have created a robot that can both draw and test blood samples. Automating diagnostic blood testing makes the process both faster and cheaper. Details of this new invention have been recently published online in the journal TECHNOLOGY.
